After graduating from Penn State University, Frank continued his professional education by earning both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College, and the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance. 

Frank enjoys working with his clients to identify and resolve their financial conflicts, so they can lead a more prosperous and peaceful life.
